The Kit Carson County Public Health Agency and Human Services Department offices are located in our Annex Building at 252 South 14th Street, Burlington, CO 80807. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Not all services are offered on a walk in basis and it is recommended you call our offices in advance to make an appointment with our specialists.
