Welcome to the Fair!

The Kit Carson County Fair, for 94 years, has been a community showcase emphasizing the best efforts of the citizens of Kit Carson County. The Kit Carson County Fair is the people's fair! Livestock shows, arts and crafts, the Kit Carson County Carousel, rodeos and much more are offered for your enjoyment. So come on out and take in the sights and sounds of the Fair and the talents of your friends and neighbors.

The 2011 Kit Carson County Fair has come to an end!! We thank EVERYONE who came out to support us and ALL who worked so hard to make this year's Fair a fantastic success! We are so proud of the accomplishments of our youth and of our friends and neighbors who shared their talents and skills!

Plans are already started for the 2012 Fair! If you have suggestions and comments, please contact a Fair Board member, a County Commissioner or one of us here at the Extension Office! Thank you again! Have a great year and we will see you NEXT YEAR!
